● Property Report / Ownership & Lien Search - Includes values, current owner, property liens/mtgs, AJ & TL.
● Property Tax Report - Includes amounts owed for all taxing jurisdictions
● Ownership Report - Includes verification of the current owner and copy of deed.
● 50 Year Historical Ownership Report - Includes chain of title, surface leases, easements and right of ways, as well as any other information found which may affect the environmental integrity of the land.

BAST will automatically calculate a discount for an order on the same name in the same county for three or more of the following records:

Document Retrieval / Mortgage & Assignment Searches

● Document Retrieval - Provide the recording information, we retrieve the document.
● Document Filing  - Provide the document, we personally record the document .
● Document Research & Retrieval  - Provide details about the document, we locate & retrieve the document.
● Mortgage/Assign Research & Retrieval  - Provide details about the document, we locate & retrieve the document and search for any assignments (NOTE:  in Texas, even though we perform a search, the location of any or all assignments cannot be guaranteed due to the clerk's method of indexing assignment documents).
